What dates are the January and February meetings scheduled?

Green Drinks rocked tonight!

It always takes me awhile to find the energy that is moving the green movement forward. As usual, Steve and Brian always make it a fun event for me... Melony, from Smart Furniture, was a terrific hostess, though her right thumb must be bruised after all of the beer she served!

Thank you for having enough organic wine for we slow drinkers to have more than one glass... whoopie!... and for giving me reason to dream large about taking said wine on future camping trips.

More importantly, the energy was great, and tonight's conversation has moved me further... knowing that my vision for the green heartbeat here in Chattanooga, is more than just a dream.

The Green Drinks event at the Chattanoogan was the worst one yet. There was very little difference from any other happy hour at the Chattanoogan Hotel... except drink prices may have been a little higher since they had a captive 'green' audience.

I enjoyed the event, especially the food. I met some interesting
people and as a result of meeting at the Restore my wife went
there and bought some tile for a remodeling project. Also,
Modern Dave's is our new Chattanooga favorite.

Attended my first Green Drinks in October by invite via
Heather Brown. I enjoyed meeting everyone and look
forward to another gathering. My compliments to the
hosts and sponsors who put such a nice greeting table
together. Looking forward to the new calender.

Yes, it is scheduled for the 24th @ Gordon Biersch. I wonder if everyone would rather have it on Halloween?

Anybody know when the October Green Drinks will be? The last Wednesday of the month is Halloween, my personal favorite holiday of the entire year.

I had a great time last night @ Green Drinks, I hope everyone else did as well. I was asked a few times last night about the history of the building that H+K Architects are housed. Craig was kind enough to give me some history to share.
"Our building was a chemical distribution warehouse until maybe 10 years ago. It was purchased by Corky Coker and leased to Bruce Case at Construction Consultants. Bruce converted the loading docks to the deck in place now, and subdivided the building into suites which we now occupy. He occupies the rest of the building with his architecture/construction business. We designed the interior fit out for a 1500sf space, then expanded to a 3,000sf space, and then again to a 4,500sf space. The great thing about our space is the daylight we get. We only need to turn the lights on after dark or on gloomy days."
